Terms & Conditions :

1. Issuer
   This AJIO E-Gift Card (“E-Gift Card”) is powered by Pine Labs Private Limited (“Pine Labs”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office in Delhi.
   The E-Gift Cards are issued for use on the AJIO desktop website, mobile website, or mobile application (“AJIO Portal”) by customers of the AJIO Portal.

2. Terms of Use
   2.1. The holders (defined hereunder) agree that use of the E-Gift Card is voluntary, and they are not bound by these terms and conditions unless they use or redeem the E-Gift Card.
   2.2. The E-Gift Card:
   a) Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
   b) Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be reloaded.
   c) Cannot be redeemed for the purchase of fine jewellery, silver, or gold coins.

3. Terms of Redemption
   3.1. The E-Gift Card is redeemable only on the AJIO Portal.
   3.2. The E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
   3.3. To redeem the E-Gift Card, the holder (“Holder”) must add the card value to the AJIO Wallet as AJIO Cash.
   3.4. AJIO Cash added to the AJIO Wallet is non-transferable to any other AJIO account or bank account.
   3.5. Loading the E-Gift Card into the AJIO Wallet constitutes registration of the user on the AJIO Portal.
   3.6. Once stored as AJIO Cash, the amount will be valid for 365 days for redemption on AJIO purchases.
   3.7. If the order value is less than the E-Gift Card value, the remaining balance will reflect as AJIO Cash in the wallet and may be used for future purchases.
   3.8. If the order value exceeds the E-Gift Card value, the Holder must pay the balance amount after applicable discounts.
   3.9. All applicable taxes, duties, levies, or statutory charges related to the E-Gift Card shall be borne solely by the Holder.
   3.10. The Holder is responsible for the safety and security of the E-Gift Card. AJIO is not liable for loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the E-Gift Card.
   3.11. Orders placed using the E-Gift Card are subject to product availability and governed by AJIO’s standard terms and conditions.
