The Gift Card / e-Gift Card is a bearer card.
Gift Cards are redeemable on the online website www.andindia.com and at select AND brand stores, which are part of House of Anita Dongre Private Limited.
Digital or e-Gift Cards can be redeemed only once by the user.
Multiple Gift Cards can be clubbed for offline/store purchases.
Clubbing of multiple Gift Cards is not permitted for online e-commerce purchases.
The Gift Card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.
If the invoice value exceeds the Gift Card value, the balance amount must be paid using other available payment methods.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The brand is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without the owner’s permission.
The brand reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards obtained fraudulently, and the funds will be credited back to the original source of payment.
