Gift Card can be used on Bigbasket App and M-site where Bigbasket is present. Go to My Gift Cards under my account section. Enter your Gift Card Code and Gift Card PIN. The value of the Gift Card gets added to bigbasket wallet. Add products to the shopping cart and complete the payment by choosing bigbasket wallet payment option.
Terms and Conditions:
This Gift Card is valid only in cities and PIN codes where BigBasket and BB Now services are available.
Customers are advised to check serviceability before purchasing or choosing the Gift Card.
The Gift Card can be used on BB Now, BigBasket App, and mobile site (M-site).
The Gift Card is valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue.
The entire Gift Card value will be redeemed and credited to the BB Wallet.
Once credited to the BB Wallet, the amount can be used across multiple orders.
The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
BigBasket shall not be responsible for reimbursement or refund if the Gift Card is lost, misplaced, or stolen.
No duplicate Gift Card will be issued in case of loss or misplacement.
The Gift Card cannot be revalidated once expired.
The holder of the Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
The validity period of the Gift Card will not be extended under any circumstances.
Any dispute related to the Gift Card should be referred to BigBasket, and BigBasket’s decision shall be final.
If the Gift Card is purchased in a non-serviceable city, the amount will not be reimbursed or refunded.
