Cafe Coffee Day eGift Card

Café Coffee Day, a part of Coffee Day Global Limited, is India’s favourite hangout for coffee and conversations. Popularly known as CCD, the coffees are sourced from thousands of small coffee planters. CCD opened its first cafe in 1996 at Brigade Road in Bangalore – the youth and the young at heart immediately took to the cafe, and it continues to be one of the most happening places in the city!

Terms and Conditions :

• The end user must register the gift card by sending an SMS to 9695566677 in the format:
  GACT ␣ 16-digit card number ␣ 6-digit PIN
  Example: GACT 3837462299874738 123456

• For café redemption, the customer must inform the cashier in advance that payment will be made using a gift card.

• The gift card is valid on Food & Beverage and Merchandise, but not valid on Combos.

• For redemption, the end user must provide the 16-digit card number at the time of billing, which will trigger an OTP to the registered mobile number.

• The OTP must be shared with the store cashier to successfully complete the transaction.

• Redemption is subject to uninterrupted network connectivity.

• CCD shall not be held liable for failure to redeem due to technical glitches at the café.

• Once registered, the E-Gift Card is non-transferable to any other mobile number.

• The validity of the E-Gift Card is 12 months from the date of purchase.

• The E-Gift Card is valid across PAN India outlets, except Coffee Day Lounge formats, Airport cafés, Corporate cafés, and Discounted cafés.

• The gift card is also accepted on ccdonline.in (website only, not the app) for Contactless Dine-in, Takeaways, and Home Delivery.

• The E-Gift Card is valid on Food & Beverage only and not valid on Combos.

• Taxes, as applicable, will be charged separately.

• An E-Gift Card can be redeemed multiple times until the balance or validity expires.

• The E-Gift Card does not allow top-up.

• The E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or full.

• If the bill value exceeds the E-Gift Card value, the difference must be paid using other available payment methods.

• No cancellation or refund is permitted once the E-Gift Card is issued.

• Clubbing of multiple gift cards is not allowed.

• Any unspent balance remaining after the expiry of the E-Gift Card shall be forfeited.

• The company is not responsible if the E-Gift Card is lost or misplaced.

• No duplicate card will be issued under any circumstances.

• E-Gift Cards are generally delivered instantly.

• Due to system issues, delivery may sometimes be delayed by up to 24 hours.

• Management reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the E-Gift Card in case of any dispute.

• Management reserves the right to change company policies without prior notice.
