Terms and Conditions :
The Electronic Gift Voucher (EGV) is issued by Croma – Infiniti Retail Ltd (“the Company”).
The Electronic Gift Voucher can be redeemed on croma.com and at Croma retail stores.
The validity of the Electronic Gift Voucher is 365 days from the date of issuance, or as per the conditions of purchase.
If the purchase value exceeds the EGV value, the balance amount must be paid using other available payment modes.
No refund, replacement, or cashback will be provided against the Electronic Gift Voucher.
The Electronic Gift Voucher should be treated like cash.
Electronic Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced or duplicated if lost or stolen.
Once issued, the Company will not entertain any request for cancellation of the Electronic Gift Voucher.

In case of returns or cancellations of purchases made using EGV, the refund will be processed only to the extent of the EGV’s contribution to the sale.
Any remaining refund amount will be credited through the original payment mode(s) used in the transaction.
When multiple products are purchased using a combination of EGV and other payment modes, the value of the EGV and other modes will be apportioned proportionately based on their contribution to the total order value.
Refunds will be processed in the same proportion as the original tender used.
The Electronic Gift Voucher must be utilized in a single transaction, and any unused balance will not be carried forward.
The Electronic Gift Voucher cannot be reloaded.
A maximum of 5 Croma EGVs can be redeemed on a single invoice on croma.com.
Redemption of the Electronic Gift Voucher by the bearer shall constitute a valid discharge of the Company’s liability in respect of the EGV.
Any dispute related to the Electronic Gift Voucher must be referred to the Company, and the Company’s decision shall be final.
The Electronic Gift Voucher is subject to applicable laws.
The Company and the EGV holder shall comply with all applicable laws issued by statutory, judicial, or competent authorities from time to time.
All disputes relating to the Electronic Gift Voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
Infiniti Retail Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes to the Terms & Conditions may be viewed on the Company’s website or at any Croma store.
